Hitting the 200,000 milestone

We’re proud to say that Cities and Memory has just hit a massive 200,000 listens to our global sound map.

There are now more than 650 sounds on our sound map, spanning more than 35 countries, provided by well over 120 contributors from all over the world – and all that within just 18 months of launching.

Thanks so much to everyone who’s contributed a field recording, reimagined a sound or listened to what we’ve been producing over the last year and a half. There are so many more to come as we continue to explore the sounds of the world!
